We exclusively use Nasiol ceramic coatings — manufactured by Artekya Technology in Turkey with nearly 20 years of nano-coating expertise. Our range includes NeoCoatX, XR03, ZR53, NL272, PPFGuard, MetalCoat F2, GlasShield, CabinCare, and TrimCoat.

It depends on the product: NeoCoatX lasts 6-12 months, XR03 lasts 18 months, ZR53 lasts 3+ years, and our flagship NL272 lasts 5+ years with a single coat. Proper maintenance with Nasiol Cleanion Pro shampoo extends longevity.

Regular ceramic coatings should not be applied on PPF. We use Nasiol PPFGuard — a product specifically engineered for paint protection film surfaces. It provides hydrophobic and scratch-resistant properties without affecting the film's flexibility.

Ceramic coating provides scratch resistance (up to 9H-10H hardness), which means it resists light scratches, swirl marks, and marring far better than unprotected paint. However, it cannot prevent deep scratches from keys or severe impacts — for that, PPF is recommended.

Use a pH-neutral shampoo like Nasiol Cleanion Pro with the two-bucket wash method every 2 weeks. Avoid automatic brush washes. Dry with a clean microfibre towel. We recommend an annual professional inspection and maintenance top-up.

Our Essential Detail is a maintenance refresh (3-4 hours). Signature Detail is our flagship with clay bar, 2-stage correction, and Nasiol ceramic sealant (6-8 hours). Signature Pro adds wheel-off detail, caliper restoration, leather ceramic, and Nasiol ZR53 coating (full day). Concours/Signature Elite is 1-2 days with 95%+ correction and Nasiol NL272 lifetime coating.

An Essential Detail takes 3-4 hours. Signature Detail takes 6-8 hours. Signature Pro takes a full day (8-10 hours). Concours Detail takes 1-2 days (12-16 hours). We never rush — your vehicle stays until it meets our standards.

Deep scratches that have penetrated the clear coat into the base coat or primer cannot be fully removed by polishing alone — they require touch-up paint or respray. However, most scratches that you can't feel with your fingernail can be significantly reduced or eliminated through our multi-stage correction process.

The Warthog Custom is our dedicated vehicle customisation division. We offer PPF installation, vinyl wrapping, body kit fitting, smash & grab tinting, upholstery services, diamond cut rim restoration, infotainment system upgrades, performance aesthetics, and complete vehicle transformations.

A full colour change wrap typically takes 3-5 working days depending on the vehicle size and complexity. Partial wraps, chrome deletes, and accent wraps can often be completed in 1-2 days.

Yes. PPF installations come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, and delamination. Vinyl wraps carry a 3-5 year warranty depending on the film brand and type. All our installations include a workmanship guarantee.

Yes. We handle the entire insurance claim process on your behalf — from damage assessment and photographic evidence through to direct insurer liaison and final quality inspection. We are an RMI, SAMBRA, and AA Quality Approved repair centre.

Minor dent repair can be same-day. Panel beating and respray typically takes 3-7 working days depending on the extent of damage. Complex collision repairs may take longer. We provide estimated timelines at the quoting stage.
